Conway Wong

Conway has been managing and developing residential properties in Northeastern New Jersey and New York since 1998. He provides professional and individualized service with attention to detail in all aspects of property investment.

He is currently serving as general contractor for a split-level home in Closter, NJ, partnering with architect and planner Gary Segal, RA, to add 4000 square feet of new construction. Under the mentorship of Ronald Gray, president and broker of RRM, Inc., Conway founded Realty Solution Source to focus his practice on large commercial properties. With his conservative approach to investing, his properties regularly outperform projected Return on Investment.

Prior to working full-time in real estate, Conway worked as a systems analyst for Insurance Services Office, a provider of property insurance information, and for Deutsche Bank, creating front-end applications for the Global Portfolio Management Division.

Using the same skills set of analyzing and problem-solving, he pursued his life-long passion of real estate throughout his systems analysis career, switching to full-time in 2005. He holds a New Jersey Real Estate License. He is a graduate of Pace University in Information Systems Management.

Ronald Gray - Mentor

Ronald W Gray attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he graduated with concentrations in finance and marketing. He immediately put his studies to good use and founded Candle Tree, Inc., a gift and decorative accessories retail store with principal offices in Muncie, Indiana. Mr. Gray expanded the chain from one store to thirty three stores, before selling the company in 1973. He went on to purchase 12 parcels of commercial land, which he later developed into a booming residential property.

As a member of BNG Partners, Inc., a corporation which has built in excess of 750 apartment units, Mr. Grey worked to secure the building sites and the entitlements required for development of apartments. In his role as President and Broker for On-Site Realty, Inc., Mr. Gray was responsible for the marketing, sales and leasing organization for the Canadian-based company, which developed over 200 million dollars in real estate in Florida over a five year period. Mr. Gray also took part in the planning and development of the Central Florida Research Park, which today is one of the most successful in the US.

Currently Vice President of Administration and Board Chairman at Horizon One, Inc, Mr. Gray manages government contract business at military bases around the world. He is also Vice President and board member of Express One International, Inc, an FAA licensed air carrier.
